Funlaps With FRODO
Hey guys hope you all had a good break. I was up with Jason MacFarlane (AKA Frodo) at the beginning of the holidays and filmed two laps top to bottom with him. On the first run, he decided to switch up his usual style and swap his fitted jacket with my enormous one. For his second run, we changed back. I was able to string together a small edit. Enjoy!

Sunny Sunday Edit
Grouse has been beyond amazing these past days. With the park being in great condition and the sun shining, I have been fortunate enough to get some riding in. Here’s an edit I made of a Sunday ride. Check it out!
Look out for more edits coming soon,

Happy Holidays
Hey there, it’s Jeremy here checking in for my second year of blogging with the Quiksilver Park at Grouse. I am generally regarded as a filmer, always down to shoot as long as the weather is good. This year I’ll be wearing a red jacket above black plants, fairly baggy. Feel free to say hi. Throughout the holidays I have been taking advantage of the amazing weather we have been having for the past week. As of the holidays I have finally been able to get some time to ski and film enough for a decently sized edit. The edit includes, in order of appearance Frodo, Brian Choi, Joe Mickelson, Simon Stulberg and Ben Neil (props to the huge backflip over the hip). I hope you enjoy it. As well I have been working on a RC Heli + Go Pro cam setup. I took it up Grouse the other day, however crashed it early on causing gnarly vibrations throughout the rest of the day. I will be getting that dialed in throughout the week so check back later for updates.

Schools Out!
Hey gang,
For most of you, including me, the coming up weeks are a sacred time of year. For a little over two weeks, young skiers and snowboarders get to put away their school books to shred their hearts out. It’s winter break! As you probably noticed, today was especially nice out, the sun was shinning, the birds were singing, and tricks were being stomped left right and centre. When I got up to the mountain, my jaw nearly hit the ground as I did my first lap through the quicksilver park checking out all the new features that were perfectly set up overnight. The park has variety, fluidity, perfectly set-up features, basically the sickest park I have ever seen grouse produce. Unfortunately right now I am on the injured list because two sundays ago, a certain flat rail and I weren’t getting along, which resulted in three broken bones in my hand. However, I came up with my camera to get some shots with a few of my friends. I hope everyone has an awesome holiday, and get’s the chance to check out the park. Big ups to the park crew and look out for an edit dropping real soon.
Cheers!
Simon.
Weekend Edit
It’s dumping snow here right now at Grouse and now that we are putting a mellow week behind us, it’s about time that we’ve got some snow. Despite all the rain and slush, I had time to get some weekend laps in with my buddies. I was stoked to get some footy with my new camera and make an edit.
Check it out!
Look out for more edits coming soon.

Go Pro!
Have you ever claimed an epic line just to be shot down by non-believers? Or wanted to have your own personal filmer but no one’s down to miss out on laps? Well, the new Go Pro Hero is basically the best POV camera money can buy. It records on SD cards, is shockproof and waterproof, so you can take the gnarliest of falls and know you got the footy! The only real disadvantage to this camera seems to be the lithium-based AAA batteries, which it kills quickly, but that aside, this camera is the only way to go for you POV fans out there.
Check out Tom Wallisch absolutely slaying some runs at the Breckenridge Dew Tour stop, entirely shot on GoPro cams mounted on a ski pole and the helmet of the man himself.
Keep it real Grouse!

Outdoor Graduation Bail Scenes
Hi,
This is from Voleurz:
We put together a montage of less-than-par clips from 2009. Usually big fancy super-corporations like us would hide such footage as this, but the humor got the best of us.
So here it is… kersmashes, ball-boinkers, snaps, crackles and some pops from the film Outdoor Graduation:
Love,
Chuck
