A Sunset Sesh
One warm day at Grouse, we found the park had melted. So, as the sun set, we pulled out the camera, played on this rail and had just as much fun. Check it out!

Ride!
As a skier, I came to realize very early on that you can never expect too much from the hill or the weather. You must make do with what is handed to you. This year, being an El nino season, has very much been that for all of us riders. Instead of complaining about ice hurting, rain melting our jumps into jumps for ants and causing our rails to slide down the slopes, we should just be stoked that we even have this amazing sport and it will become that much better when the temperature drops and the goods start fallin!!
Here’s some shots of Saturday! Keep hyped!

Rain Rain, Go Away…
As Farmer’s Almanac predicted, this season has been an El Nino year. What this means is that there is lots of moisture and cold air in the early season, which resulted in lots of snow at Grouse Mountain and gave us an early start to the season. Following this, a warm ocean current comes up from the Californian coast, bringing lots of moisture with it. This means lots of rain, and anyone who has been at any of the locals in the last few weeks can tell you first hand that this is definitely an El Nino season. Still, the skies finally cleared up for a couple of days and I managed to get a few hours of shooting in before the rain came today with Bryce and Shayan who, by the way, are among the few consistently toughing out the bad weather this season.

Here’s to hoping for some good weather,
