Cut Line Laps with Mike and Tomas

I got some laps in this week on the new Grouse Park Cut Line build.  With the sun out, it was time to take out the camera and get some shots. Riders in the edit are Michael Granger and Tomas Smythe. Hope you enjoy it and don’t forget to click the “HD” button.

Look out for the upcoming Oakley Night Jam on Friday January 13th.

See ya there!

Goodbye 2011, Hello 2012!

See ya in 2012!

Spring Break Shake

Joy footage and Cut Stone productions have been killing it lately. Every single edit that has been coming from both of the crews have been sick, not to mention they are all shot on our local mountains. Here’s their latest edit, Spring Break Shake. Check it out!

PS. Grouse has been getting tons of snow lately, and it’s April! chyea.

Quiksilver Showdown Over the City

With the city in view, the Quiksilver Showdown ran full-blast last Sunday. All riders were throwing down and out of the many competitors, the results came down to Zach Stone landing the Best trick, Bobby Balharry placing third, Jeremy Cloutier placing 2nd and Eric Willet with the win.

With my t2i in hand and riders throwing down, I was stoked to get to film these guys.  Check out the edit!

Monday Night Sesh.

Here’s a little edit of a late night sesh up at Grouse last week. Riders are Michael Granger, Simon Stulberg, Dylan Gillespie, Sam Fedak, Maxime Cyr-Morton, Nicola Cyr-Morton, and more. It was a great night cruisin the park and just having a good time. Here’s the edit. Enjoy!

PS. Don’t forget to head up for the next Oakley night jam, this Friday! I’ll be up there and hopefully all of you will be too! It’s going to be sick!

Peace!

Snow in the City!

As I’m sure you saw, Vancouver has recently been blanketed with a covering of fluffy white snow. And what do we do when it snows in the city? Slide some handrails! On Sunday, with a crew composed of Myself, Shawn Greensides, Christopher Peake and Ben Funk, we headed out to do a little bit of urban. Though it turned out to be a little wet, we still had a great time, and hit some features we’ve been looking at for awhile. Everyone got some tricks they were stoked on, and all in all it was a great day! Below is a little edit of all the great crashes from the day.

And with all this new snow, Grouse is in PRIME condition. Bye for now!

Greatest Hits Park Jam

Just last Saturday the Greatest Hits Park Jam dropped in from Mount Seymour. The skies were clear and the bangers were going down. I got a few shots of the jam but unfortunately could not stay for the entire jam. Here’s a little edit I made of some riders tricking it out on the Red Ledge and the Vermont Double set.
