Happy Holidays
With the holidays wrapping up, I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and will have a great New Years. While wandering the internet from Birmingham, England, I have stumbled upon Transworld’s Top 5 Snowboard Tricks. Wether your up the mountain or looking for Boxing Day deals, you should be sure to check out these videos.

Safety First!
So, the time we have all been waiting for is here, winter break. Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, whatever you believe, they’re all here. More importantly, the freedom to snowboard or ski and be carefree every day is rolling through. This is a time for holiday celebrations, visiting friends and family and for riding every single day. Remember, throughout all the festivities you may start to get tired and, as we all know, the Lower Mainland hasn’t had that much new snow lately. The mountains aren’t exactly covered in powder at the moment, but don’t fret! Just remember to think about your safety and make sure you stock up on Red Bulls for the mornings you’re feeling tired. I wish you all happy shredding and a happy holiday as well!

Hey all,
You may have already started compiling your Christmas wish lists and such. Maybe you have the new Forza game for XBox, or a new tall hoodie, or a new setup, new googles etc. But what about your face!? What about all those chilly days on the hill with cloth ‘danas that get frozen and never seem to stay on right, or leave little holes that fog up your goggles? No worries, pencil a napKING accessory onto that list of yours and hand it over to mom and/or dad…I mean, Santa, along with the link to the new website AND online shop! For only $19.99, these sick facial accessories will a) make you more desirable to the opposite sex and b) not burn a hole in your wallet. Win win.

Catfish and Peachtree do Xmas, Grouse Mountain Style
Hey gang,
Hope everyone had a good xmas/Hanukah what have you! Mine was a little on the quiet side (the economy hit hard I guess). Despite the excessive pyjama lounging, I managed to boogie on up to the hill with my good friend Graeme for a couple hours.
If you have a minute, check out Graeme’s videos. This guy pumps out some fan-freakin-tastic little edits.

Graeme goes byrdgang with the new peak chair
We managed to muck around a bit, slashing some serious pow and finding cute pillow lines all along blazes and inferno. Mind the rocks, as they are out and about as usual. With the mountain closing early and our stupid late start to the day, we moseyed on over to the park, which was a little snowed in, but still managed to have fun. We played around on this roller, which has probably changed by now I’m not sure.

So yea we got tired, thus a trip to Lupins ensued. Après ski consisted of some hearty poutine and a little present-scoping under the massive tree. Graeme thought he’d check it out.

Feeling pretty beat up from our extensive 4-run day, we headed home for some turkey and family time (mainly sleep though). Overall, a good day was had by all. I hope everyone has a marvelous new-years!

Graeme wishes you all prosperity and love in the new year
Cam
