This video may seem kind of random because of all the things that have been happening in Vancouver and Whistler lately (i.e. the Red Ledge, the Olympics coming up, strange snow patterns etc, etc). However, I have been watching this video over and over for the past 24 hours because I can’t get over how great it is. It must have been impossible to pick a winner because all of these riders threw down so hard. This is the video from the Olympic Heritage contest in Tahoe. I can almost guarantee you will enjoy it as much as I do!
Been really busy, so first blog of the season. We went down to Mammoth for the Grand Prix event a couple weeks ago with some old Grouse Mountain riders Brennen Kurchak, Keenan Filmer and Christian Cretu taking photos. 20 degree weather everyday and sunny skies, couple injuries, solid trip. Enjoy
So Grouse is looking awesome these days but I haven’t been able to enjoy the new Quicksilver park yet. Right now, I’m in California enjoying the sun and having a great time. I thought it would be an appropriate occasion to update everyone on the blue skies and sick riding that’s happening all the time in southern California…
Here’s a video of Chris Bradshaw and Joe Sexton down in California.
Sorry for the long absence. New PYP edit from Whistler, another one is currently being worked on as well. I have been busy with the Alterna end of season shoot in the Quiksilver Park, planning lots of exciting things for the summer including a trip to California to shoot with 4bi9 as well as going to Mt. Hood for a long time to shoot some stuff with Surface Skis. So keep your eyes peeled.
Thanks for an awesome season at Grouse Mountain, next year will be even better, I promise.
