Rain Rain, Go Away...

As Farmer's Almanac predicted, this season has been an El Nino year. What this means is that there is lots of moisture and cold air in the early season, which resulted in lots of snow at Grouse Mountain and gave us an early start to the season. Following this, a warm ocean current comes up from the Californian coast, bringing lots of moisture with it. This means lots of rain, and anyone who has been at any of the locals in the last few weeks can tell you first hand that this is definitely an El Nino season. Still, the skies finally cleared up for a couple of days and I managed to get a few hours of shooting in before the rain came today with Bryce and Shayan who, by the way, are among the few consistently toughing out the bad weather this season.
